Definitely somewhere in the park sometime during the summer. From the level of the water in the stream bed I'm guessing it had recently rained. The shadows are telling me it was before noon time. Which begs the question: why was I there at that time of day when I normally never manage to get there until the middle of the afternoon. Maybe I was abducted by aliens, again.

Another one of those experiments in the fun land of photo editing. This one managed to make the rounds of at least three different programs before the wheels fell off and things ground to a halt.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

How strange, Wendell. The water has a black, oily appearance. I like the surrounding green. Different :)

It looks like a landscape in some other planet. Different and creative.

I like the color tone effect you've used here. Makes it interesting.

Well you still managed to get it up and running despite those lost wheels and Constant Alien attacks. It a very nice looking alien landscape your experiments came up with. Very well done!

I would be very interested to see the original shot without all the processing as i find that it is much overdone and very artificial. If this was the look you were going for then well done on an excellent effort :) My personal perference is for the more natural editing but this is art after all and therefore subjective. Hope you dont mind me speaking my mind. On a more positive note i find the composition very pleasing indeed :)
