As the title implies this particular farm is situated on the Shore Road in the community of Old Barns. Where surprisingly most of the barns are rather newish. That's not to call into question the age of this structure. I'm just saying question the validity of the travel brochures because odds are it really happened a bit further down the road and while someone famous may have slept or been born 'here', 'here' is no longer where it once was. Which has absolutely nothing to do with this photo.

This is a cropped down version of a five photo panoramic view. Which started out as a 10 photo pano before the good old editing program started throwing fits. So I scaled things back a bit. I'm standing about half a km away from the place. I couldn't get any closer because of a misunderstanding involving a farmer, his shotgun and his daughter and some vicious guard chickens. They're there, trust me.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

What a fine capture! The depth and angle with the clarity and clear color make for a great photo. Well done.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

Great narrative. I didn't have you pegged as a traveling salesman, somehow. Nice shot and post work.
