You know that pothole you've been complaining about on your daily commute. Get over it, they'll fill it in... eventually. This is one of the many hazards I had the joy of bypassing on my daily commute for the past week or so. On this particular 20km stretch of road there are at least 3 beaver dams that either flood the road or threaten to flood it. I assume there are 3 different beavers responsible or there really is one busy beaver out there that likes to commute. Next week the commute could bring a whole new set of hazards to bounce, dodge or evade. And out here the bears have the right of way, pedestrians are on their own.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Oh those beavers are a caution in the spring - the muddy road leads our eyes through the shot - nice comp. How are your tires these days?

Marvelous capture with such beautiful colours and depth. I hear you about the bears and we also have the beavers around near here

Sounds like you could use one of those amphibious cars. Great shot.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
