I was visiting the park recently when I came across this character. I have no idea who this fellow is; never having seen him hanging out there before. He was acting kind of suspicious, skittish and hyped up all at once. When questioned he claimed the seeds were not his and that he was merely holding onto them for a friend. I hung around for a while, but his "friend" never showed up to claim his stash.
