I have no idea what it is, but it is blue. Unless that is you happen to look at it in a negative light then it turns out to be yellow.

Looks like something under water. The curves remind me of the frames of a sailing ship. So a wreck under water where a huge unknown creature has found its abode. Good one Wendell.
