That must have been a beautiful site, to see the whole building covered with such pretty Autumn leaves...wow...I like how you took this photo..with the entrance off to one side a bit.I think the only thing I might not like so much is the way the lamppost cuts the bench in half...but am not sure how you would have changed that..because both items are great...but I sure do like this image..good work!

Thank you Verena, it is very beautiful here during Autumn. I can't wait for the snow to come!

Very appealing image. Good colors here. I might have shot this more to the left and eliminated the trash containers that are to the left of the bench and used the bench as my edge instead. Also, the leaves on the building look a bit blurred. Was it windy when you took this image? This capture still has so many positive things going for it. The curved entrance is quite attractive as is the multi-colored leaves making up the background. Thank you :~)

All the hints and good advice was given above. Also it sometimes happens to me that the bright coloured leaves [for instance] look blurry even with no wind. I have not found any solution to this problem but think that perhaps it might be the fault of my camera which is very simple.
Having said that I must add that the image is just lovely LOL

great composition and subject, great color, but the camera shake takes a lot away. Nicely done overall

This building has very beautiful plaster :) And you took very nice photo of it! I agree with Mimi, you can crop the part with the trash containers.

All the advice was given above, so I will say this, love the curve on that building & the bright color of the leaves. And ask this, which U of T ? My daught went to a U of T, but I'm sure it was a different one.

I thought this building and area had a familiar look...this would be the University of Toronto, Lauren...a lovely composition here...a tad soft on focus and I agree about the trash cans, but otherwise the colors and leaves on the building look great...keep at it.:Pat.

What building?
Oh that. The creeper vine is architecture in itself. I agree about the trash cans but I love it anyway
