Greetings Caedes Friends!!! I just wanted to pop in and say hi. "HI!" I don't know if you remember this one or not (all but 2 of a years work have been archived. Guess they don't like my stuff much :( ) Anyway, this rework came to me when I had the original sitting on my desktop the other day. I couldn't get the idea out of my head so I just did it so I could get back to studying. Hope you like it. Take care Friends. I'll see you in about 5 weeks.

Well ... I logged out ... and then, logged back in after taking a glance through the new images galleries.

Really an intriguing abstract to my eyes Mike. I like it. :o)

Annnnd ... of course, I do have some suggestions ... hope you don't mind ...

Photoshop ... Edit > Transform > Perspective.

Not sure as to the exact why, possibly to kick up the visual dynamics a tad ... in my very humble opinion ... what do you think about changing the linearity of your composition? As in, make it appear to the viewer that their perspective is one in which they are looking, more so, from a slightly raised postion ... rather than straight ahead?

The 'poles' or support structures for the vases would then take on some angularity, if you understand me here ... and since I am probably making that word up :oP ... as they recess to the horizon.

If clear as mud ... would be happy to give it a go myself. Would be honoured. However, I am sure you are more than up to the task should you be moved to do so.

Good colour choices and very complimentary and a tres cool idea and concept. Nice work.

p.s. Images archived? Yeah, seems that 'they' finally got around to the abstracts. Mine were as well. Don't fret over it ... I don't ... it's not worth the expenditure of emotional energy.

Good luck with exams, and I trust that my words here find all is well with you and yours. :o)

p.s.s. Offset placement of your focal portion would be another suggestion ... you know, my usual one. ;o) Think visual dynamics here.

Yes, even with fractals I found this to be an excellent aid. Downloadable and to be placed in PS as additional 'Shapes'. Have a look and read.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

This is too kewl Mike! I really like your idea of the pedestals, (or beams of light?), and how you have the fractal vases staggered at different heights. Wonderful colours too. Very creative my friend, and I hope your studies go well! :)
