It's mutiny at Arcadia 12 in the Creoshus sector of parsec 44!! The Emperor Shious along with his "Phantom" army, has aborted plans to take over Arcadia 12 now that the Arturious Commonwealth has initiated the "Shield" and is fully operational! He'll just have to go somewhere else to pillage:(
