I like the texture a lot actually. I think this is really neat. I think that if you just made the two pillar type things with this texture and then made the main part shiny like Joanie said it may work for everyone.

I like it. It's got that neat stained glass look. For some reason, it puts me in mind of an old church that is barely used anymore. It may have fallen out of favor, or it's congregation may have all aged and most died off, but it still stands in it's faded glory.
It is dark and a bit blander than most of your other works, but it's still a lovely piece. Don't change it, please!
