I love having a picture of an old late sail/early steam-era anchor. Well done.
Forgive me: as an old Navy guy, it is Anchors "Aweigh." When an anchor is aweigh, it is still on the bottom but the chain is straight up and down (at anchor, a ship pays out about six times the amount of chain as from the surface to the bottom). Aweigh is the moment before the ship is free and can get underway.
Very interesting looking photography and like how you made it black and white too.The composition is good as well, plus the ripples on the water help this shot a lot also.Well done to a great shot.
