Heading to the East Coast (New Brunswick) on the 15th of this month. I won't be back until the 23rd. Hope to have lots of pictures to share.

I like the terrain, but I think the clouds are a little wispy.

Beautiful mountainscape Greg!! And great shadow work!! Looks very realistic. Overall this is terrific work. An energy solution? I sure hope not. The effects of utilizing and burning coal are simply disgusting and destructive to this planet. I am not a fan of it whatsoever. And I hope someday (although it will probably never happen) that we can finally eliminate coal from our 'diets'. Unfortunately our mammoth consumption rate currently rules out solar, wind and a plethora of other environmentally friendly ways of energy production. So, we are stuck with its wrath for now. I don't mean to sound, grumpy, I just get very emotional when it comes to the health and future of our planet. Sorry for rambling ... I have to say I really like how the mountains get flat on top also. This is going into my favourites. Excellent work.

Nice work. They stripped mined close to here at one time. Looks familiar except for the flat top mountains. The trees are finally growing back somewhat.

Think this is great. I'm in favor of the "wispy" clouds. Those tall flattops should be the focus in this piece. The shadows are extremely well done. Nice work.

This is a very imaginative presentation. Not too realistic for any place I have ever seen, but probably somewhere. Great work!

Interesting terrain - this has marvelous textures. One can nearly feel the roughness of the mountains. Very nicely done flat tops and ridges. The shadows roll over the terrain & mts in a realistic way and add alot to the image. The gold & dark grey tones draw the eye to them. The sky is calm appearing with the wisps of clouds against the harsh mts. I saved this Greg, and it deserves high marks :>
