I've been watchin these Great Photos, with water drops and dew drops on the flowers and leaves... and sure wanted to try some of those. Well...It FINALLY, after about a month...is raining in Central Florida!! This shot is the Flower of Florida Swampgrass, with RAIN!! :-) Check out the poor gnat, caught in the raindrop. Thanks for taking a look.

I love raindrop pics. Not sure why, but this is a very good one, although I am not sure I'd like death by raindrop like that poor gnat :( Glad to hear you're finally getting some much needed rain. It certainly worked wonders up here..now I have to mow the lawn at least once a week ::LOL::

This is great, Greg! If course, you don't really have to wait for rain -- a spray bottle works wonders. ;) I'm sure I will have to do that if I want any more raindrop/dewdrop pics this summer.

Great shot, Greg, but I sure do wish you'd post your photos in a larger size. More rain is heading your way. Tropical Storm Barry is passing over Tampa Bay as I type.

Life's moments are sweet. I just want to capture all that I can of them.

Excellent capture, Greg. Surely this flower is much more lovely than the name swampgrass would suggest. It seems to perhaps be related to the iris family.
