I've never seen a plant that looks even remotely like this. And I'm not sure what a fiddlehead is either unless it's part of a violin.
Like the clarity and sharpness of the shot. Beautiful and natural colors as well. You might consider taking a step back and including more area around the plant rather than just placing it dead center in the shot.
