Babies have the cutest toes. The black and white somehow manages to melt your heart, and the pictue is well-focused, and the feet aren't in the very center, good rule of thirds. The photo inspires emotion as well- well done.

No question about being cute, and B&W adds some drama. It is rather unbalanced though, and with the feet and toes highlighted, It could be cropped about 1/3rd in from the right, showing just the feet, for much more impact. Would make a great album cover one day , with text added to left foot.
