abstract
Another blue image i have made recently. Using Adobe Photoshop elements 4.0 (no cash for newer) I created this bolt with a twirled background and that glossy shimmer which is the only reason I like this one....MMMMM glossy shimmer lol

I agree with Crun. Your image lacks something; I would suggest darkening the middle bolt, or add something else that the eye can focus on. Keep trying, and welcome to Caedes!

I'm Crazy; Not Stupid!
The shades of blue and green are very pretty. Reminds me of a whirlpool in the Caribbean or other water where there is a dark dropoff adjacent to shallow/lighter water.

I love the colours, reminds me of the Mediterranean! Can't comment too much on the technicalities as I have never attempted this type of work - I'm a digital photographer. But I agree it looks a little 2 dimentional and would benefit from some 'tweeking' to give some depth to an otherwise great creation.

Wow. the color is explosive. And the swirl is so symetrical, they really compliment one another. Great render.

Your picture colours I like, but the picture itself is lacking something.
I see you use Photoshop. Have you got the free filters that are out there on the net?
Perhaps you could try using some of those and maybe add a little more depth to the image.
Don't give up though. Practice makes perfect and all that.
