This is a fascinating image. It calls to mind vulcanism and dramatic conflict to me. I sat and stared at it for quite awhile in full size and though it was a little unsettling on an emotional level I found myself unable to pull my eyes from it. Very well done. I'm not usually a big fan of abstracts (I prefer stark realism) but this one is really nice.

Wonderful colors and design. I see a bridge over troubled water (to borrow from the song). The colors help create the conflict before my eyes and one must endure the river of fire to get to the promise of gold on the faraway beach. Very interesting piece of art.
