A picture is worth a thousand words--that DOES NOT mean I will comment a thousand...It will be a Yay or Nay.
I was also thinking spider webs - the red looks just like tiny spider webs made into a bigger one. Then you can see the ice creatures (they don't look quite like spiders) ready to go out their separate ways from the central star which is anchoring the whole thing.
Not sure what that amounts to, quite, but it's a very nice fractal.
