This image shows a good sense of perspective and composition but unfortunately it is also a little over-exposed and slightly blurry. Both of these can be corrected quite easily in Adobe Photoshop. I'd suggest using the Levels histogram for the former and the Unsharp Mask for the latter. Other than that - nice work! I look forward to seeing some more of your compositions in the future.

the colors seem a bit washed-out (the overexposure krt has already mentioned) and some trobles with focus, but the perspective is interesting indeed:)

cool... I can see the light already. All joking aside, I love that tunnel. I don't see many of those in VA. It is very dramatic to see a hole in a mountain. nice. On the technical side, warmifying the image would give some of the areas more contrast. Other than that, all's fine.
