Nice work on the B/W....I love B/W's and this is no exception. Great contrasts and it sets a totally different mood.

Got this in the VB...really nicely composed. I think its a perfect shot for B&W, but I think it could use a bit more contrast. I think the shadows are not quite dark enough and the highlights not quite bright enough...it looks a bit flat in places (i.e. the shadows in the bottom right corner and the highlights in the trees in the background). Still, nice shot!!

love the composition here, it works well in black and white for me, although i agree with stephen about the contrasts, maybe even not contrasts, but brightening just a lil , a smidge, a tiny weeny smidge!
