Hey Jan,
That reminds me to a picture I took last year of this flower,
I showed it to my mom and she thought is was very pretty until I told her what kind of flower it was, off to the garden to pull them all out (not actually but similar reaction),
Nice one, I like how the yellow color stands out,
I already saw this in the VB and liked it and I should have known, it is from you. A very special image that shows, that there is something pretty in everything.
I've always loved the dandelions in the spring, and when I lived in a small town in Vermont when I was a little girl I used to look forward to the one most hated person in the spring's lawn. It used to be unabashedly covered with these bright beauties. I know ...I know...but I like them.
I love this photo to bits. When I was little I used to sit in our paddocks and make chains out of these - no daisies for me, sometimes we forget that weeds are people too:)
Well, I love dandelions, and I like them on lawns! You've captured this one gorgeously Jans. It recalls for me scenes from my childhood, when I presented to my mother huge bouquets of them, and she would receive them with a dignified gratitude. :)
