Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.

It reminds me of an updated ( God forbid, I'm showing my age ) Time Tunnel.....and I just love your description, very appropriate. The whole image is very well thought out, & very creative. Great job.

Okay, the reasonable me says those are indeed swim trunks and at least are not white Speedos. ;o The abstract me says, "Dang Cool!" ;) The dizzy me says, "Better he than me." And, the creatively stuck me says, "Darn, why didn't I think of that!?!" Thanks for the interesting new boredom buster! ;)

Very creative. I love the Apo-flame.
The diver could do with a bit more work, I think. The perspective is not quite right. Maybe some light/shadow effects of blending?

I would have liked it even more without the diver. The way you've used the building itself gives the impression of some sort of escape tube from a spaceship. This building could be used for all sorts of things like a view out a port onto a galaxy or planet. Terrific find.

This is a brave bit of work J. It took some guts to put it together. It's not perfect, but it is an excellent idea. You did a very nice job of match lighting btw. Carefully thought out.

Thanks very much for the comment on Venus. Coming from someone as creative as yourself, it means a lot. This image jumped out at me a bit from the rest of your gallery. I think it's because it's a bit similar to mine in that it's built from layers of other images with some digital tweaking to make it all come together. It's an original concept and you've pulled it off well.

Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Churchill
