While the cuddly critters scamper about, there's always that lurking watching danger to be aware of. This is one of a pair that lurk in the trees above the creek and have remained largely elusive. This big dark branch is just one of those things that you can't control leaving me to make do with the what you can get into the viewfinder. Another example of 'maybe next time'.

You could have cloned it out, and then had the bird sitting in mid air. He he. Wouldn't THAT be confusing to people? LOL. Nice clear shot, John.

Even with that dark branch this is great composition John. We don't have to always take our targets as a whole.

This composition is incredible....even with that branch. I agree with elektronist's remark. The clarity is amazing. Whatever is in the bird's gaze should be a little worried!
