About my 3rd attempt after getting myself Terragen (+atmosphere). Theres a touch of photoshop in there too..

At first glance, I felt it was too light, but as the full size loaded, it was obvious why you didn't tamper with it. The delicacy of the subtle shades would have been lost or damaged.

I did sort-of achieve what I intended with this one but I am aware of a problem with my 20-odd year old 14" Digital Corp. Monitor in that it has got substantially dimmer over the years making it very difficult to judge gamma or brightness. This usually results in graphics from my machine looking substantially brighter on other computers.
Im now on the hunt for either a decent 17" or 19" CRT Monitor.

I like a bit more red in TG images. The yellow light appears sort of unrealistic. I would recommend zooming out a bit too to capture more of your surroundings and less of what's immediately in front of you. Thanks for sharing your creation. I know it was a lot of hard work.
