Autumn is almost here.. My favorite time of the year. This shot was taken at Beaver Lake, Upstate N.Y. I messed around with it to enhance the seasons changing weather. To bring out the elements of a cool breeze and that perfect Fall weather. Inhale, and take it in. -J.

You definitely have a way with color, Jay. These are sure autumnal and I like the splashes of red in there. This appears to be a very beautiful place for a walk too.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

your rework is so nice done, very well managed the distribution of the colors, giving the full view a touch of art!!

Another great one! I love the colors, but also the subject and composition. Maybe the reddish light at the bottom is a bit too much, it seems that it doesn't really fit...then again, I read the comments above this and others like it so that just shows it's a matter of taste! On the other hand I really like the yellowish-white light coming from the upper right, it gives a very pleasant "magical-feel" to the capture.
Good work :)

imaginative as usual.inclined to agree with "jesouris"re.yellow base of shot.however there is the desired air of entropy(?)about this conveyed through the ageing warped planks etc.good work, simon.

Nice pic! Although the bush looks too red and doesn't fit well with the rest of the photo. Keep up the good work though! =)
