I think this is a great shot. Wonderful composition and I love the angle that you took it at. I just can't help but wonder what it would look like if you perhaps had it in color? Maybe even using that HDR technique (not the cartooney-style, the get-all-the-things-seen) in this picture would help to make it look better.
Then again, there's probably a reason you made this picture in black and white. Looks good all the same. Deserves higher than what the Voting Booth gave it.

I see your leading us up to the big house !! ;o)
A fine photo mate perhaps you could adjust the white balance a wee bit next time as the skies confused the cameras aperture, and left the main building too dark !! But otherwise thanx 4 the tour buddy keep on truckin.
