I may have broken the rule of thumb here and put the Horizon somewhat dead center but I had to keep that foreground without cropping out the sky as well. Taken with a Kodak c870. Enjoy.

Rules are made to me broken :-) Really nice shot. Detail in the sky and the shoreline worth keeping. So no cropping is good.

In the camera world we live in, we shoot what we love and rules? Oh heck, why are they made when it comes to shots like this?! Its gorgeous, so you did the right thing. It's a most magnificent scene, the photogrphy is outstanding!! Am soooo glad you took this shot and shared it with all of us.
