As a very young boy I felt all life was precious, long before I heard it. It makes little difference to me who's finger's on the trigger. Military recruit, police officer or terrorist. Civilian male, female or child. Skin white, black or green with yellow stripes.
These individuals are all killers and deserve a wide berth!
Gun / ammunition sales spiked dramatically upwards whenever Obama mentioned gun control after some awful mass shooting! Americans love their guns and over 30,000 die annually as a result. Is that a good price for freedom? Europe and other peaceful nations have very few people injured or killed by guns and many gave up capital punishment decades ago.
I remain philosophical and smile as it's an emotional issue which may excite xenophobes and bigots. Anyone remember this song? 🎹
