I love this website, I get to see alot of things that I would never see any where else. that's a good idea, I'm going to make me one of those feeders, with the first squash I get my hands on. Nice background with the colored trees and clear blue sky. Your shot is crisp and clean, well done!

I agree with manodshark...Crisp and clean. I have never seen anything like these before. If you wouldn't have titled the picture, I would still be guessing. Nice post.

I agree with manodshark about seeing a lot of things. The shot is indeed crisp and clean, well composed and well exposed. However, I can't help thinking that a little less detail might draw more attention to the subject. Cranking up the shutter speed and opening the aperture to reduce the depth of field would soften a little of the distracting elements in the background. Sometimes, less is more. I like the warm feel of the colors. 4 out of 5 ain't shabby. Good job.

I have to agree with the above comment and more of the right side included and less of the left. This would concentrate more on the specific subject without distractions.

I love using squash for the birdfeeders. They can even be painted with pretty colours. I kind of wish the photo was a bit sharper tho...and that you got several of the feeders all together..I like it tho..verena

Are you out of your gourd? Sorry, I had to say that. Great photo, though slightly off center for my taste. This photo proves that great shots are everywhere if you look for them and take your camera with you at all times! Good eye:)
