My monitor radar system has clocked this cab at 40 in a 25. I'd make a citizens arrest if I were you. LOL. I like the effect of the taxi in motion.

Sure makes the taxi look like it's speeding through the streets. Did you try it the other way with the taxi standing still and the background blurred? Nice clear shot.
