I think that this is a well done photo. the cut out of the leaf was basically flawless and the bluring it into the imposed background was believable. I also like how the left side of the leaf draws the viewers eye away from the center of the image. the only problem i had, was the supposed lack of the rule of thirds. the spider is right smack in the middle of the photo. it's a minor thing because the shape of the leaf helps to counter act that a bit.
