That must have been a real surprise, to stumble upon such a pretty scene. I love the colours. I kind of wish you would have zerod in on a smaller area so we could see the shrooms better. I also dont much care for the frame. I think it doesnt enhance the photo as much as it should , but I DO think some kind of frame would be good no matter what. Its such an interesting display of Fall colours...nice work!!..verena

Perhaps a little bit dark in the background but otherwise a magical photo. Very nice.

Really like the contrasts of light and dark. With just that little bit of color,it is really nice. I like this.

The natural framing of the shot works out nicely; it is full without being cluttered. I also like the varied colors represented. My biggest piece of advice is to go easy on the contrast settings. You really have the values blown out of proportion, and it makes some of the colors pop a little too harshly to be realistic. Work on giving a large tonal range - this means black blacks, white whites, and everything in between. I recommend practicing with b&w mode on for a little while so it is easier to determine. Keep posting, though, you are on the right track.

Everyone is kneaded out of the same dough, but they are not all baked in the same oven.

A gorgeous peek at nature here. I love the color variety and the richness of it. It is also a very clear/focussed shot!
