This is a lighthouse on Lake Michigan at St. Joseph. Took this last January. I don't think too many people were thinking about getting into that lighthouse...not without some huge ice breaker! I've done some heavy editing to this photo in Photoshop.

Oh that is a great sight ! :-) it must have been freezing cold with a very stiff wind to get this ! Good job on the post work to. Thanks for the posting.

That is too cool...or cold. It reminds me of the movie The Day After Tomorrow..where New York was frozen over. It's a little spooky, too. Nice work, and I put this one in my faves with the other lighthouses.

Very nice shot, I like how the perspective is a bit skewed and there's nothing to give a sense of scale so it almost looks like it could be a toy lighthouse. I bet no-one went near this for a long long time!
