Picture of the old village taken from the castle located over it. I was there to visit a ceramic market that you can see in the middle of the picture.

Kaysersberg has about 2700 inhabitants, it is a tourist destination with 26 restaurants, 8 hotels, a lot of stores, guest rooms, vine producers, a glassblower workshop, ...
Kaysersberg has also a famous Christmas market.
Of course the ground floors in the main street are nearly all used for commercial activities, but the houses are also used for living.
