War an dour = (Breton for) Upon the water. This is just a picture my uncle (NOT me! - I take no credit for this whatsoever) took while travelling in Europe with his (very nice) digital camera. This is the English Parliament.

Nice to see a Breton title. I'm a slightly more northern Celt, but "whegh bro yn enef" (six nations, one soul). Kernow bys Vyken! Oh, and nice photo too!

Interesting...part of that looks like Welsh, except whegh (six) is chwech in Breton and Welsh...but the yn enef is definitely Welsh. Lol, what is that? Different dialect perhaps - (I'm more familiar with the Medieval Welsh and modern breton and modern Irish)? Thanks :)

It's the other Brythonic Celtic language, Cornish (or Kernewek), which is similar enough to both Welsh and Breton that you should understand "Nadelek lowen ha bledhen noweth da!"
