I like the contrasts between the "real" light and what will substitute for it while it shines on the other side of the world. This composition speaks volumes to me!

G'day Michael,
I'm curious to know how you got that path of light on the water to be off centre? Is it a result of cropping? Usually the sunlight path leads to the centre of the photograph, impossible for it to be otherwise I think, and it took me a moment to work out what was tweaking my "never seen that before" antenna. :) You did a pretty good job of getting colour in that brilliant sunlight and colour in the rest of the picture. The spit of land with Lighthouse running thru the horizon is cool and I can see how the elements you wanted to capture required a fifty fifty split in terms of composition. Nice work Michael.
Mikel.
