This shrub is a New Zealand native. Taken in my garden, where it has grown to 1.5 m and the more I cut it back the more it grows. Not one of my favourite plants but a bit of colour in this very cold winter weather :)

Really nice shot Lyn - the bud form is so long and thin and then it turns into more of a globe shape when in full bloom - very interesting.
