A nice section of the river near St Mary Redcliffe church, facing towards Bristol bridge. The buildings on the right are very reminiscent of the ones bordering many of the canals in Amsterdam, also constructed with lots of wooden beams and box rooms. The biggest challenge whilst taking this image was trying to avoid the huge vibrations on the bridge I was on caused by the rush hour evening traffic trundling past. Many shots later, I got this one :-)

You have done well. Night shots are difficult to take in focus, with sharp results. Your photo here has charisma. I'd like to try the shot with a star filter to add an extra dimension to the lights.

This is a good night shot and well worth your wait! The balance and contrast is great as is the definition in the sky. Well exposed and composed.
I know I'm supposed to suggest something - but I cannot on this occasion! The detail you've managed to get in the buildings is super.
