Well, on close inspection, I have to say that you captured great detail on this flower. Your bokeh is very good..dof comes out nicely here.

I have struggled with this concept many many times, as I love taking pics of flowers. It's hard to know how much detail to capture and present. I think that you have done a very good job.

Very nice choice to isolate the details and pattern on the petal. The pattern captured has an almost retro vibe.
