I'm sure if our resident bench warmer, Owd Bob happens to see this, it won't stay empty for long. What a great shot !! Compositionally it couldn't be better.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
A very nice shot. It's photos like these that separate a good photographer from a person with a good camera. You saw something artistic in this seemingly ordinary scene. I'm sure most would have walked right by with camera dangling from their neck. Great job! I like the photo very much. Eric
There is always something so inviting about a lonely bench like this. I'm so glad you took this photo. The colours are lovely, and most of all you took the time for the picture. A lot of people would have just passed by, but you saw something special there..and it shows It's just lovely. I will be looking thru your gallery, I'm really enjoying it. And I want to welcome you again to caedes. I will enjoy your postings, I already know that..and there are good people here..Verena
