thats a really cute bird.....i like the colours and all around plumpness of the bird..and it was a good choice to blur the backround and focus on the bird
I took this picture (and all my others here) with a Minolta Dimage S304. It has a 3.3 MP CCD with a 12 element glass lens. The Robin was very friendly and came and perched on the edge of the bench I was sat on. It wasn't at all phased by me taking its picture or my son trying to get a closer look at it.
Nevermind, maybe I should read all of the posts ;). Anyhow, I have a s414. Besides it sucking the life out of batteries, it takes pretty nice pictures.
How wonderful you were able to be that close!! It's a Robin right? its just great...how we can almost see deep into his eyes....a special photo you got here!
oooooooooops of course its a robin..I didnt even look at the title because that little bird totally captured my attention...doesnt matter what it is or where its from. YOU got an absolutely fantastic photo here!!YOU the photographer gets all the credit..smiling
the background, details, colours.. everything is perfect! and the robin is just adorable... :) this is a great composition, an excellent shot! and the little fellow seems to be posing, he is so cute! the looks in his eyes is just irresistible, i give up - he goes into my favourites :))
Good job! I tried getting shots of some roadrunners yesterday (they are prolific around Waco) but the boogers are just too quick for me! Congrats on catching one still long enough for such a crisp shot.
