It is simple, but the colors of the eye are beautiful, and it pops against the black and white. I like how my eye travels along this picture.

It's good, Morgan. Personally I'd like to see a touch more Contrast and a lttle negative gamma to give the eye colours more body. Just a bit pale.

I'd agree with the comments above. Nice image but the face looks too pale.
