This is the Famous "Angel Oak" located on John's Island near Charleston S.C. This fabulous Live Oak is said to be over 1400 years old!!

Whoa, the tree is definitely twisted.. I do think it would be better with a blue sky instead of white...just my opinion. But this is still really good..

It's amazing. I love the Stephen King look about it. The branches have a scary look about them. Does it last that long because it fertilizes itself on the blood of humans that come and look at it and it grabs them until they pop...I need to go to bed and get some sleep.....

This is a terrific tree image. I like that there are a couple of folks in the picture to give some sense of the immense size.

Wow...now that's old! Such an elegant tree.

I remember my uncle took me here when I was about nine. I have some pictures somewhere but I can't seem to find them. Id like to compare the picture after all these years and see what has changed. This is a great picture
