I have to congratulate you on this truly great night shot..no matter what the subject, you've really mastered this as to clarity..I'm wondering if a noise reduction software program as a mask might help here with the sky, but that's normal and your pic is impressive..

"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon

Great light, nice angle: I would have cropped the electric line on the left.

Nice shot on this one, but it seems that the power lines are more the subject here. Cropping this out would play a big part for a higher score. Thanks for sharing.

I think this is a great shot and I think the silhouette of the power lines and the pylon and the slight noise in the sky all add to the atmosphere of the picture. As soon as I saw it I thought of Orson Welles and The War Of The Worlds!

Wow, I can never capture anything at night. Great job - I love the lighting on the water tower.

Ideas, unlike solid structures, do not perish. They remain immortal, immaterial and everywhere, like all Divine things. Ideas are a golden, savage landscape that we wander unaware, without a map. Be careful: in the last analysis, reality may be exactly what we think it is. - Alan Moore
