I read that some of these ships were deliberately sunk for scuba diving adventures. Not sure if this is one of them, but it is an interesting shot. A bit of haze, I see...but you caught this at a good angle.

I am not sure what I think about the deliberate placement of wrecks for divers. I can see the advantages - especially the financial ones but do think they are a bit of a blot on the landscape. A natural wreck with some history I may think differently about.

I think this one is not submerged enough for that use but it may have been placed there for decoration? at this relatively new port!
