This little Wren didn't like the fact that my path took me thru HIS territory. He flitted from bush to bush, keeping pace with me and always giving me the eye, as he is in this shot. When I stopped moving to take this shot, he stopped too. lol. Just as well such attitude is only a tiny little body, if he was my size we'd all be in big trouble. I reckon he'd rule the world.

Enjoy.

Mikel.

That's some pretty amazing clarity in this one Mikel! Love the DOF too. Although I wish his eye didn't blend in quite so much with the deep black on his face. I really like the colors in this shot as well, especially that interesting shade of blue on your little territorial buddy there :) It also accents very nicely in the frame. Nice work!

Really fabulous picture Mikel. Would have cloned out the green ything in front and left only the thorny branches showing. Good work.

What a great shot. Good clarity and I really like that silverish blue tint on the birds head. I really like the background aswell. If I see it in the V/B I'd give it a 9/10.

Ooh, I just love the colors here. That soft minty green and amber set off the turquoise on the bird so beautifully! Excellent shot, Mikel.
