A bit of fractal whimsy. :) Ironically the dragon is a bit more easy to see in the smallest thumbnail than in the full size. Fractal created using STERLING2 which is free and very easy to use. It produces solid colour fractals similar to the earliest fractal images we all saw in science sections of newspapers and mags years back. If you are curious about fractals but have been scared off by complexity or steep learning curves on software you've tried, Sterling2 might be your gig. If you try it I'm happy to give you some help if you need it.

Enjoy.

Mikel.

Great work my friend. I don't know fractals, but maybe a different gradient would bring the dragon out more?...I don't know...Just a thought.

Most interesting; I will have to try Sterling 2! I was roaming through the New Images gallery when I found this; I thought (from looking at the thumbnail) that you had put it in for the Eyes contest. ;-) But that only opened recently.
