Low hills on the edge of my suburb in Canberra. Samsung ES75 on "sunset' mode plus Oloneo hdr plus some Gimping. I thought the slab of cloud looked like a lid covering half the sky.

Enjoy.

PS The Samsung ES75 cost one hundred dollars, you don't need an expensive camera to take good pics. But you do need to keep the limitations of your equipment in mind when you are shooting.

Definitely a wild cloud formation. I like the contrast of color and angles. Thank you for sharing those views.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . A great shot, Mikel! I love the long shadows and golden light on this landscape, and the cloud layer adds the perfect touch. Nice post-work, as well.

You're right about the camera. I've seen some fine photos taken with inexpensive point-and-shoot cameras.
