Samsung ES75 plus Oloneo tone mapping and Gimp layer masking. I've been driving past this tree thinking about it's photographic potential for many months. Today (Good Friday 2011.) there was a sky behind it with a bit going on. This is the exact situation for which I bought the little Samsung ES75, to capture the beauty that pops up in my normal day which must be captured "right now" or lost for ever. One of these days I might get up before the sun and try to capture this tree with the first light hitting "this" side of it.
