This was taken by the Downtown Marriott at dusk. I didn't alter the colors at all. -Ryan

Very nice!!! Colours just stunning and composition is well executed. I like how building in the middle blends with the sky and the trees are not overwhelmed by artificial light, they are still green. Bravo!

First I would like to welcome you to caedes. There are many good people here and we all learn from each other. I know you will like it here. Wow , the lights are amazing. Are those water fountains in the front? with lights too? I like how you captured all the sparkle. And the reflections are great as well. I especilly like how you got the trees in the forground. The whole photo is done very well..I look forward to seeing your next photo...Verena

Love is not soft like water,it is hard like rock, on which the waves of hatred beat in vain.

Agreed. The lighting/exposure on this shot are perfectly timed. The blues and yellows meld nicely together.

When I voted for this one in the booth I was humbled. Overexposing the strong light sources was exactly the right thing for this photo and has added to the brilliance and sharpness of the elements in the image. I never would have thought of it but as soon as I a saw it I went, "of course!!" (Then I muttered under my breath about people with more talent than me. lol.) The framing of the buildings, red blue red and the central building lower than the outer buildings, the kind of lacework of the trees sketching a dipping curve from left to right, that matches the curve of the buildings. All in all a superbly clever photo that is also delightful simply to look at.
Magnificent photography!

This is a very unusual picture. The exposure greatly adds to its overall effect. There are many oportunities to take pictures in the city and this is one with good composition. Thanks for sharing.

wow, it's great contrast between the lights. it may be a little too much for a night picture though, do you remember what your shutter speed was?
