Another follow-up to this photo I shot last week, which prompted a request from our Connie (Constance 52347), it's a very different view of the North Dakota Heritage Center's Northern Lights Atrium. Shot with an 8mm Rokinon ultra-wide angle lens, it compresses much more of the structure so you can see the actual entrance doors to the Center, on both sides of the atrium. You can also see the compass floor a little better. I originally submitted this one 2-1/2 years ago and called it "Arabesque" because with this distortion, it looks a lot like something one would find in an Arabic country.

I get two images out of this , fist a 2D image that is jewel like then the 3D comes through and the depth is drawing me in. The color is pastel like and just so pleasing. The light is perfect. I covered over the lights on both sides on top and thought it enhanced this or did not draw the eye away , it being the only irregular in this if you understand my meaning. This is another masterpiece and so well executed , Great image Nik.

Oh, this is great. It gives a wider view and perspective.

What a great night image! Thank you so much for the two terrific photos! I genuinely appreciate the work that went into taking them and the wonderful structures that are portrayed.
